When I came into coaching I was overwhelmed with the tangible results you could get by applying effective and powerful coaching techniques.  There are a lot of great training courses and material out there, but what I see so often is the lack of application after training/coaching has finished and a team goes back to “business as usual”.

If a company is committed to shifting it’s culture to align naturally with it’s value set then there has to be a huge amount of focus and awareness by each team on WHY they are doing the training but more importantly HOW they can break old habits and build new habits to cause the shift in performance.

Without a team and mangement bought in to a training programme there will be no hope of that training withstanding time and even becoming a sustainable part of what everyone does on a daily basis.  Other techniques involve understanding mindset, how the brain works and neuroplasticity (rewiring your behavioural patterns and habits for better results).
