I am extremely passionate about having coaching be accessible, applicable, but most importantly sustainable. Now more than ever in the age of the knowledge worker, people development is key to business success and must truly become part of a companies culture, not just as a HR tick box… no kidding! Everyone in the company believes in consistently improving for the good of all. Too many times I hear from HR directors, managers go on courses and most of the time never apply the learning. No blame, this is human nature. However from my perspective of integrity as a professional and yours for “getting your monies worth for training”, this has to shift if we are to deliver across the business world as L&D specialists.
I have been coaching since 2013. I acquired a distinction at Diploma level 7 Practitioner Coach (Dip NMC) in 2015, endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management and accredited by the International Institute for Coaching & Mentoring. I am also an associate member of the ILM (AMInstLM), and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
I am very proud that my 90Day Manager2Coach programme has been accredited by the CPD Trading Standards and know from my practice it will allow many hundreds of companies to continue to deliver results into the business even when I am not there coaching.
